Bio:

Dr. Glacia Ethridge is an Associate Professor in the Department of Counseling at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She currently serves as the Program Coordinator of the Mental Health-Rehabilitation Counseling program and the Rehabilitation Counseling and Behavioral Addictions certificate program. Throughout her tenure at the University, Dr. Ethridge has garnered federal funding, maintained an active research agenda, and presented a host of presentations. Her research interests are in the areas of social justice, disability, addictions, offenders, school-to-work transition, and career barriers.She holds several counseling licensures and certifications. Dr. Ethridge currently serves as an Editorial Board/Reviewer for the Journal of Applied Rehabilitation Counseling andas an Consulting Editor for the Journal of Psychology in Africa.She is currently serving on the North Carolina State Rehabilitation Council representing Non-VRRehabilitation Counselors.She has received several awards in the areas of education and research.
